Opportunities for Energy Companies in China in 2018

This year DI organizes three different energy related events in China, giving you the chance to explore the market and expand your business!

China is leading the race for renewable energy domination. With an annual $100 billion investment in domestic renewables, China is investing more than the US and Europe combined. Yet, China is not only the world’s largest energy market, but is also positioned to be the pioneering country in the field of innovative energy solutions. This makes great opportunities for Danish solutions and products within the energy sector!
In 2018, DI is delighted to give your company the opportunity to explore the Chinese energy market through three different events and delegations. Here is a short overview:

Business delegation headed by the Danish Minister for Energy, Utilities and Climate, Mr. Lars Christian Lilleholt

This delegation headed by the Danish Minister for Energy, Utilities and Climate, Mr. Lars Christian Lilleholt takes place 10-13 June 2018. The aim is to expand the official partnership and explore market opportunities within district heating and offshore wind.

The Energy Delegation is an evident opportunity to engage, deepen and broaden your network among Chinese energy stakeholders and reap the benefits of the official partnership in energy between our countries.

In addition to the exhibition, energy companies are able to take part in a two-day conference programme focusing on “Sustainable Cites”.The conference takes place from 26 to 27 September and builds on Copenhagen’s strong international brand as a green and liveable city.

The exhibition and the conference are excellent opportunities for Danish green companies to present how they have created a concrete solution to a common challenge in Copenhagen, China or elsewhere.
