To forge new momentum for economic growth, the Taiwanese Government has made a heavy commitment of resources to promoting seven sectors of the economy. The initial five pillar industries were the Internet of Things (also known as Asia Silicon Valley), Green Energy, Biomedical, Smart Machinery, and Defense.
Added later were the circular economy and high-value agriculture in order to promote private investment and trigger the transformation of industrial structures. The Government hopes that the program will encourage innovation, create well-paid job opportunities, and bring a more balanced regional development to Taiwan.
Join the business meeting at DI to grasp business trends and explore sectors triggering economic growth in Taiwan, including green energy, the Internet of Things as well as agriculture.
The meeting is also an opportunity for Danish companies
to meet face to face with Taiwanese businesses and future collaborative partners.
