The employment contract can be used for salaried employees who are not comprised by a collective agreement. It is an English version of "Basis funktionærkontrakt". The employment agreement can, however, be adapted to employees covered by collective agreements. In most cases, the basic agreement will be sufficient. But if the employee is to have a particularly trusted job and/or major responsibility and/or a number of staff benefits, you should start from the Extended Salaried Employee Contract.
