DI is working for its member companies to obtain adequate political influence and wide-ranging autonomy within energy, climate change and environment management. DI has a narrow cooperation with member companies and member organisations.
DI is engaged nationally as well as internationally. At EU level DI operates together with BUSINESSEUROPE and other European industrial and business organisations and also directly to the EU institutions. DI works to prevent that national legislation within topics concerning energy, climate change and environment puts Danish companies in a position where competition is distorted within the European internal market as well as globally.
Networking is an essential part of improving competitiveness, and DI is hosting a wide range of different groups and committees related to energy, climate change and environment subjects.
