On average, they contribute a quarter-million kroner to the public coffers each year, they use less social and health services, they are rarely in contact with the legal system, and they pay more taxes than the average Dane. Highly qualified immigrants are essential in ensuring Danish welfare, according to a new report.

Economic forecast
